The 2-Day Public Tribunal for South-West was held in Lagos and was centered on people who have experienced one or more forms of Police misconduct. The Public Tribunal was organised in partnership with the NPF,PSC, NHRC and member organizations of NOPRIN in the South West zone.

1. Josephine Effah-Chukwuma (A gender rights Advocate, Executive Director of Project Alert. and a Board member of both CLEEN and NOPRIN Foundations.) – Chairperson of the Panel
2. Jude Igbanoi (A Legal practitioner and Journalist with over fifteen years of experience in crime reporting and Police affairs) – Member
3. Nurudeen Ogbara (A legal practitioner, human rights defender, and active member of the Nigeria Bar Association. He also runs the Citizens Assistance Centre) – Member
4. SP Alake Ibikunle (Representative of the Police Complaint Response unit at the Police Headquarters, Abuja) – Member
5. Lucas Koyejo (A legal practitioner, human rights defender, and the State coordinator of the National Human Rights Commission) – Member
